Crepes

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
    • [prefer King Arthur brand or bulk from Whole Foods]
    • [use whole wheat for dinner crepes]
  • pinch salt
  • pinch sugar
  • 1 cup milk (approx)
  • 3 eggs (add 1 and stir; repeat)
  • 1.5 tablespoons of vegetable oil (approx)
  • stir till smooth
  • let set for ~10-20min before cooking
  • add little oil to pan and cook
  • (if crepes fill thick, pour less &/|| stir in more milk)
And we'll need Jams to fill them with.
Or powdered sugar and lemmon...
