VARIATIONS:
----------
TRUDY'S MEXICAN MARTINIS
1 1/2 to 2 oz. fine tequila (Reposado, etc.) 1 1/2 oz. Cointreau (not Triple Sec) 1 oz. orange juice juice from 1/2 lime freshly squeezed splash of Sprite fill shaker with ice fill remainder of shaker with Sweet & Sour (approx. 2 oz.) shake, garnish with olive (or whatever), and serve
----------
Trudy's mexican martini does not have sprite in it. Tequila, Cointreau or GranMarner, fresh OJ, fresh lime juice and sweet&sour. For a nice variation, try Chambord (rasberry liquor) instead of Cointreau and leave out the sweet&sour.
----------
3 oz tequila 1 oz Contreau (sp?) 1/2 oz OJ 2 tsp 7UP squeeze lime sweet and sour to the rim
----------
here's my recipe: 4 Oz. Tequila 1.5 Oz. Grand Marier 1.5 Oz. Cointreau 2 to 3 Oz. Fresh Lime squeezed Juice 3 to 2 Oz. Sweet and Sour Lime wedges and Kosher Salt
drink responsibly; these will put you down as fast as you can get them down.
----------
Mexican Top Shelf Martini
1 part top shelf tequila (Commemorativo; Cazadores; Corarelejo;Chinaco) 1 part Grand Marnier 1 part Rose's Lime Juice 2 large martini olives Shake with ice. Strain and serve in chilled martini glass with 2 olives.
