Yield: 1 quart
Ingredients
- 1 cup + 2 ounces Mango Puree, fresh
- ¾ cup Rice Vinegar
- ½ cup Vegetable Oil
- 3 tablespoons Ginger, fresh
- To Taste Kosher Salt
- To Taste Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
- In a blender or food processor, add the mango puree, vinegar, ginger and orange juice.
- With the blender on slow, add the oil to create an emulsification.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Check the flavors and adjust if necessary.
