Gazpacho with Herbs and Chiles

Makes 8 servings.
(this isn't my normal recipe, but it looked good)

4 cups tomato juice
1 red onion, finely chopped (about 2 cups)
1 cucumber, halved, peeled, seeded, finely chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
1 yellow bell pepper, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
2 tomatoes, seeded, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
1/4 cup Champagne vinegar or white wine vinegar
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped seeded jalapeƱo chile
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Cover and chill until cold, at least 2 hours. (Can be made 2 days ahead. Keep refrigerated.)
