Val di Non Apple Dessert

Ingredients
  • Apples, thinly sliced
  • Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • Milk or water
  • Salt
  • Grappa (very strong traditional liquor) to taste
  • White sugar
Directions
  • Cut apples into thin slices (about 1/4 inch).
  • Mix remaining ingredients to form a runny dough.
  • Coat apples in dough.
  • Fry in oil until dough is golden brown. Remove. Sprinkle with sugar.
