3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp flour
1.5 cups pumpkin
2 eggs
3 tbsp butter
1.25 cups milk
Mix sugar, salt, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon and flour.
Add pumpkin and eggs, mix again.
Scald milk with butter and cool
Add cooled milk/butter to mixture
Pour into unbaked pie shell
Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 or 350 and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until pie is firm and knife inserted in center comes out clean.
