1/2 head thinly sliced cabbage
2 large carrots, grated
8 teaspoons seasoned rice vinegar
2 teaspoon mustard
2 teaspoon ground ginger
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 tablespoon oriental sesame oil
4 teaspoons soy sauce
2 teaspoon sugar
Combine cabbage and carrots in large bowl.
Combine vinegar, mustard and ginger in small bowl; stir until mustard and ginger dissolve. Gradually mix in both oils and soy sauce. Pour dressing over salad; toss to blend. Season to taste with salt.
