This spicy condiment was developed for those who simply can’t get enough garlic. Add it (at your own risk) to just about anything.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped garlic
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Olive oil to cover
- Mix parsley, garlic, vinegar, and salt.
- Add oil to cover ingredients. Stir.
- Cover and store in refrigerator.
