- 1 round brie cheese (approx 8 oz)
- 1/3 cup honey
- Pre-heat oven to 350.
- Slice skin off brie (top and sides are necessary, bottom is optional).
- Place brie cut-side up in a small baking dish (make sure cheese has room to spread out).
- Drizzle with honey (want a thin coat covering cheese).
- Bake in oven until melted and golden (15-20 minutes). Serve immediately with crackers or bread.
