Warm melted brie with honey

Ingredients
  • 1 round brie cheese (approx 8 oz)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  1. Pre-heat oven to 350.
  2. Slice skin off brie (top and sides are necessary, bottom is optional).
  3. Place brie cut-side up in a small baking dish (make sure cheese has room to spread out).
  4. Drizzle with honey (want a thin coat covering cheese).
  5. Bake in oven until melted and golden (15-20 minutes). Serve immediately with crackers or bread.
